About Us

We are a growing specialist contractor involved in epoxy flooring, waterproofing, AAC/ALC wall installation, plastering, skim coat and minor upgrading works. Our projects are fast-moving, short-term, and site-based. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can support our expansion by managing sales, quotations, and project coordination from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and follow up on new project leads and tenders
- Conduct site recces and client meetings
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and tender submissions
- Coordinate with suppliers for materials and pricing
- Handover confirmed projects to site team with clear scope and plans
- Track project progress, prepare claims/invoices, and follow up with clients
- Work closely with directors for pricing strategy and key accounts

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction QS or sales
- Able to read drawings, prepare shop drawings and do quantity take-offs independently
- Familiar with finishing and architectural works (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word; AutoCAD
- Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
