***You are**:
Plume is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented **Recruiter** to help scale our growing team. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions, including engineering, marketing, operations, and business development. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, high-growth blockchain company where hiring world-class talent is essential to our continued success.

***Overall Responsibilities**:
**1. Full-Cycle Recruitment**

**2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development**
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, and other platforms where blockchain professionals engage.
- Actively track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, team leads, and executives, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Work with marketing and HR teams to develop recruitment materials, social media posts, and employee testimonials that attract top talent.

**5. Offer Management & Onboarding Support**
- Facilitate the offer process, from extending offers to negotiating terms, and ensuring timely onboarding for new hires.
- Partner with HR to create a **seamless onboarding experience**, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.

**6. Data & Reporting**
- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and present recruitment activity reports to hiring managers and senior leadership.

***Qualifications**:

- ** 3+ years of experience** in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or technology startups.
- Proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier technical and non-technical talent.
- Experience recruiting for blockchain roles such as engineers, product managers, business development, and community roles is highly desirable.
- Strong experience with **ATS tools** (e.g., Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and AngelList.
- Knowledge of **blockchain, DeFi, and tokenized real-world assets (RWAs)** is a major plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present Plume’s mission and culture authentically.
