**Responsibilities**:
**FX, Interest Rates **Market, Hedging and Investment Products**

1. Keep abreast of the development of global markets with focus on FX and interest rate.

2. Network with the banks to constantly look out for FX investment and yield enhancement opportunities.

3. Assist team in identifying group’s FX and interest rate exposure gaps and risk.

4. Identify, analyse low risk, hedging and investment product which benefits the group.

**Cash Management and Investment**

1. Network with banks, obtain daily Fixed Deposit (FD) rates from our panel of banks, look out for good deposit rates and yield enhancement opportunities while complying with internal guidelines and bank placement limits.

2. Provide advisory to and work closely with Finance on FD placement tenor and amount based on interest rate outlook, cash usage and banks’ deposit rates quoted.

3. Assist and advise finance team in optimising cash management by balancing between FD placement and idle cash.

4. Proactive in identifying Synthetic Deposit opportunities through FX swaps.

5. Assist team to look out for fixed income opportunities within approved parameters.

**Meetings and Reports**

1. Work closely with Treasury team and assist in preparation of meeting reports.

2. Take meeting minutes whenever required.

**FX Monitoring, Trade Execution, Settlement**

1. Monitor FX levels closely and execute FX trades promptly over Bloomberg, Voice or 360T.

2. Work closely with banks and Finance in fine-tuning FX settlement process.

**Work Process**

1. Collaborate with Treasury and Finance team to fine tune work processes with an objective of achieving better work productivity and efficiency.

**Compliance and Operational Risk**

1. Ensure compliance of all internal guidelines relating to dealing and FD placements.

2. Look out for gaps in operational risk and highlight potential operational risk, if any.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics or equivalent.
- Preferably more than 6 years’ experience in a financial institution or treasury function of a Corporate/Family office with in-depth knowledge of FX, interest rate market and good knowledge on fixed income.
- Experience in FX execution and good knowledge of Bloomberg usage is required.
- Meticulous, excellent negotiation skills, ability to think strategically.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Self-motivated, agile, high ability to multitask, proactive team player with a positive mindset and attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels and across various countries.
