Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster with presence in brick-and-mortar retail shops ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concept with focus on quality and service, online store through our website, and wholesale business serving corporate and cafes.

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic **Barista **in **Permanent-Full Time **capacity to join our growing family and team for our current and new outlets with the following requirements:

- Extensive experience as barista in specialty coffee is preferred
- Passionate, proactive, outgoing, able to connect with customer and deliver great customer service experience
- Able to manage operation of front of house that include the team of barista and service crew
- Progresive career objective and motivate to learn and progress
- Team player, discipline and self-starter
