Our Client that is in the Automotive Industry(Agent) is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join them.

**Position: Customer Service Officer**

**Salary: $2,200 - $2,600 + OT + Incentives**

**Location: West**

**Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) / 8.30am - 1.30pm (Alt Sat Off)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to corporate guests, showroom and after-sales customers
- Generate reports and maintain prospect database
- Advise customers on the mobility options and assist with follow-up arrangement
- Attend to enquiries and provide assistance to customers
- Perform invoicing, payment collection and settlements
- Ensure service reminders are sent out to customers
- Assist with customer contacting for service actions, no-shows and other customer retention matters
- Ensure reception area is in presentable and hospitable condition
- Provide support to after-sales activities and events

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Min GCE "O" Level and above
- Exemplary customer service with a high degree of initiative
- Computer literacy with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit OT and weekends
