Solution Architect, Cxo Tech Advisory

As a Solution Architect in CxO Tech Advisory practice, you will work with dynamic team members and cross-functional teams of experts to help clients plan, design, implement and govern enterprise architecture, transformation solutions and manage technology risks. You will have a variety of opportunities to gain exposure to an international network of technology consulting professionals and involve in solving the most exciting technical challenges for high-profile organizations. You will play a crucial role in the team to co-develop KPMG's transformation propositions, strengthen our approaches and capabilities to go to market.

**The role involves**:

- Lead and drive the delivery of transformation projects with our clients
- Work with C-suite and IT leadership at our clients to define and implement a comprehensive, agile blueprint to transform the enterprise architecture that underpins the digital IT strategy, and execute the infrastructure and security strategy to minimize risks
- Guide the successful design and implementation of technology solutions in line with the client's enterprise architecture and IT strategy, technology landscape, business requirements, applicable compliance and standards
- Build new market entry strategies and drive transformative changes in our clients
- Evaluate technology risks and provide independent risk assessment and quality review of technology solutions, including but not limited to analyzing technology systems selection and integration/conversion plans, solution architecture review and governance.
- Provide presales and business development support, develop technical/consulting proposals and influence IT stakeholder's solution decision or non-functional requirements.
- Develop best practice, productivity tools and training for other consultants and team members
- Contribute into KPMG's go-to-market strategy and thought leadership for clients around large-scale IT transformation and next generation technologies
- **Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Finance, Business Management or equivalent**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of working experience in IT consulting and IT transformation with proven experience on delivering transformation projects such as system modernization, process re-design, operational efficiency, branch transformation**:

- **Demonstrated experience in leading the IT assessment and review, IT/cloud transformation roadmap and solutions, modern architectures and digital solutions.**:

- **Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space**:

- **Vertical knowledge of technology solutions in areas such as financial services, retail, government, manufacturing will be an added advantage**:

- **Experience with sales or presales process, with ability to lead discussions with senior management level**:

- **Excellent client and stakeholder management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills**:

- **Cloud professional certification such as AWS Solution Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect**:

- **TOGAF, Agile, ITIL or Project Management certification is an added advantage**:

- **Experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) or Government Private Cloud (GPC) will be an added advantage
