Aon is currently recruiting an Associate Director to join our Treaty Reinsurance team in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform the role of Client Account Manager providing expert advice to clients with in-depth knowledge of risks and the reinsurance market, including responsibility for specific treaty renewals and assignments
- Identify and determine client requirements and provide access to relevant Reinsurance Solutions.
- Identify and manage new business opportunities and targets.
- Establish relationship in strategic client positions - act in the interest of the clients and offer products from more than one reinsurer to ensure that the clients get the best service & agreement
- Maintain professional reinsurance network.
- Establish relationships with internal worldwide account executives to ensure regular information flow.
- Keep abreast of industry and professional development to ensure services provided remain best practice
**Requirements**:

- 8+ years relevant experience in Reinsurance Solutions
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; additional languages will be added advantage
- Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills
- Attention to detail, pro-active and results orientated
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Willing to work hard to deliver results
- Be highly reliable, adaptable to changes and a good team player
