Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of patients and their families upon admission to any of the services and during regular reviews.
- Participate in after-hours on-call coverage based on the assigned rotation schedule.
- Perform appropriate clinical procedures when required.
- Accurately document patient and family assessments, care goals, treatment evaluations, and reviews.
- Provide orientation and guidance to new doctors during their attachment.
- Actively participate in educational activities such as Journal Club and tutorials.
- Guide and support medical students and other visitors during their attachment.
- Conduct briefing and/or debriefing sessions for medical students on attachment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure access to appropriate supportive care services for patients.
- Contribute to Quality Improvement and/or Research activities on an ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements:

- Possess a medical qualification recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- Maintain Continuous Medical Education (CME) requirements and be in good standing with SMC.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of medical practice, including at least 1 year in acute medicine with on-call experience.
- Preferred work experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Oncology, Geriatrics, or other related specialties.
