Customer Service Officer

**What you will do**
- Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
- Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, technical problems, or other issues efficiently and effectively
- Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
- Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info

**What are we looking for**
- **No experience is required** as long as you love to interact with customers **face to face**:

- **5.5 days working including weekends and PH**:
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
