JR38000 Intern - Process and Equipment Engineering
Location: MSB, Singapore
Department: Process and Equipment Engineering (PEE)
Project Title: FlipChip and Underfill Yield/Productivity Improvement and Host Testing for system enablement
Description:
- The aim of the project is to achieve and sustain FlipChip and Underfill yield by reducing variability
Scope:
- You will get to learn on the latest interconnect technology of die to external world
- Analyze the defects that are associated with FlipChip & Underfill processes, which are critical to quality indicators control through Statistical Process Control and Fault Detection Control
- Support engineering risk assessments for materials disposition
- Learn and understand the interaction effects of the process for optimization to achieve desired output responses
- Support on Auto defect classification and IoT solution for Underfill inspection
- You will get to gain a better understanding of the MFG ecosystem for high complexity of mNAND products
Deliverable:
- Provide analysis and proposals to Improve FlipChip assembly and Underfill yield
- Put-forth proposals to Enable Host solution for FlipChip & Underfill tools
Skillset Required: Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiment, Engineering Statistical data analysis
Target Courses: Engineering Discipline (preferred Mechanical/Materials/Chemical engineering)
Duration Period: min 2-3 months
