**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resident Care & Engagement**:

- Provide direct care and support to residents in accordance with care plans and organizational standards
- Conduct daily welfare checks and address residents’ needs proactively
- Assist in the coordination of community engagement and recreational activities
- **Operations & Facilities Management**:

- **Support the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards**:

- Monitor and report on building maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors as needed
- Maintain accurate operational records and logs
- Oversee inventory of supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- **Night/12-hour Shift Coverage**:

- Provide supervision and care to residents during night shifts or 12-hour shifts as required
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, following established protocols
- Conduct security checks and maintain a safe environment throughout the night
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in documentation and reporting tasks related to both home care and operations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements

Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,450.00 - $2,500.00 per month
