In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of a high-energy team dedicated to helping clients realize their dream of owning a car. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, setting appointments for our Sales Representatives to follow up.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Enthusiastic individuals who excel in phone-based communication and can make 150-200 dial-outs daily.
- A desire to learn and grow in the dynamic field of car sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from a provided leads list.
- Introduce and explain our wide range of services tailored to meet all car ownership needs.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through engaging conversations.
- Understand and address clients' car ownership requirements with customized solutions.
- Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales opportunities.
- Achieve weekly lead generation targets and daily KPI of 150-200 dial-outs.
- Collaborate with the Manager to optimize conversion rates and drive revenue.
