- Develop and implement strategic directions for the Company
- Be responsible for the scale-up and P&L of the business and successfully delivering the top and bottom-line targets
- Improve and create new ecosystems/partnerships within the industry
- Business sourcing through their existing industry contacts and by participating in industry networks
- Manage a team while expanding headcount to support growth of business

**Job Requirements**
- At least 10 years of management experience in financial services sector
- Proven track record in scaling up business and working decisively with stakeholders and board management
- Passionate about building a digital assets business in a regulated environment
- Experience managing a P&L and successfully meeting targets set by board management
- Communications and interpersonal skills suitable to network with senior leadership of other companies
- Personal connections in digital assets industry or experience working in a fintech or digital assets company is a bonus.
