Our client is a well-known in global electric / display component manufacturing.
- Ensure alignment of all project components with project schedule and Product Life Cycle (PLC) requirements.
- Manage APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) at category level, including risk mitigation measures for component introduction (Red, Yellow, Green).
- Implement lessons learned and knowledge transfer through the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) Category.
- Oversee supplier quality assurance across the entire process chain.
- Manage supplier and technology release processes.
- Drive and execute preferred supplier and component strategy.
- Handle escalation management as needed.
- Participate in Supplier Improvement Programs.
- Enforce the implementation of the preferred supplier and component strategy.
- Establish and uphold Category Quality Requirements.
- Drive lessons learned and knowledge sharing to prevent issues across suppliers.
- Collaborate on User Experience strategy involving Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations.
- Contribute to cross-functional decisions within SQM's Risk Management targets.
- Conduct planned and scheduled process audits.
- Ensure compliance with IATF and VDA standards and oversee their implementation.
- Review implementation of lessons learned and knowledge sharing at supplier level.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management
- Have strong familiarity and knowledge of quality systems (ISO/IATF16949, VDA6.3, etc.), tools, and external communication.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing advanced Quality Management Tools
- Experience in conducting Quality Audits (Process, System).
- Capable of leading and facilitating process improvements and supplier development.
- Proficient in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, production, and escalation management.
