**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for offshore vessels, including routine inspections and planned maintenance activities.
- Coordinate vessel repairs and drydocking activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution while maintaining high safety standards.
- Provide technical support to vessel crews, troubleshooting and addressing operational issues, and guiding them in maintaining vessel equipment and systems.
- Ensure that vessels comply with all relevant international and local regulations, including SOLAS, MARPOL, and other industry-specific standards.
- Develop and manage the technical budget for vessel maintenance and repair, optimizing costs without compromising safety or operational efficiency.
- Maintain an efficient inventory of critical spare parts and equipment to minimize downtime and support timely repairs.
- Implement condition-based monitoring programs to predict and prevent equipment failures, extending the lifespan of vessel machinery.
- Monitor and enforce safety and environmental policies, conducting risk assessments and ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to.
- Facilitate training and development programs for vessel crew members to enhance their technical knowledge and skills.
- Evaluate vessel performance and efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall operational excellence.
**Requirements**:

- COC1 Master Mariner
- Min 2 year’s experience of Technical Superintendent
- Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Chief Engineer/Marine Engineer with minimum class 1 certification or equivalent with in experience in offshore vessels.
- Possess good organisational and communication skills and hands-on.
- Ability to travel on short notice as required.
