**1. Role Description**

Seeking a Junior associate to join Release Management Team in Azqore. The requirement is for Junior Release manager, who will join REM Team (Release and Environment Management Team) for Azqore. The junior associate will join the REM team and learn about Release and Environment processes on the job. Resource will learn basics of DevOPS tools(Jenkins, Gitlab) etc and understand Release management processes in bit more detail. The role also provides opportunity to learn about Azqore Wealth management product (S2I). The resource will also learn about basics of Project Management, while working in this team.

**2. Experience**

EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE: Fresh graduate

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE: Banking (Good to Have) but not needed

TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW: Need to have some IT background of working in excel & PPT. Good to have some experience in Jenkins and Gitlab/Github and some experience on Deployment management

**3. Professional Competences (Know-How)**
- Should have decent IT skills (Word, excel and PPT)
- Should have understanding of IT Project management.
- Should have some level of understanding of Release management.
- Should be confortable creating reports in Power point and excel.
- Should be clear and good in commuinication, as it’s a key aspect.
- Should be good team player.

**4. Good to have experience**

Good to have some Release management understanding/experience and some Jenkins/Gitlab or Github knowledge/experience.
