We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Vice President, Management Information and Credit Bureau Management.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for maintaining Collections Management Information System and perform analysis on Collection and Recovery performance
- Support the completeness and accuracy of WPB consumer’s lending information as well as review the data standards and definitions of data being uploaded to Credit Bureau Singapore
- Management of alerts received from Credit Bureau Singapore as part of portfolio risk management activity
- Data extractions, preparation and presentation of MIS reports
- Customer disputes investigation work arising from Collections or Credit Bureau
- Responsible for embedding the operational risk management framework and identifying material risks and key controls via Risk and Control Assessments within Credit Control Services (CCS)
- Management of projects led by Group, Region or locally for CCS and work closely with all partners for successful implementation
- Develop and build capabilities in dashboards for CCS measuring key targets on productivity, efficiency and quality of individual CCS staff as well as department level
- Quality monitoring and assurance for WPB Credit Control Services
- Support system migration projects and conduct UAT for WPB Credit Control Services

Requirements
- Working experience or degree holder with statistical / programing background (such as SAS, SQL or other relevant programming languages)
- Experience in Retail Credit and Collections or Risk & Control work frame in the banking industry will be preferred
- Analytical and critical on problem solving based on models, data and statistics
- Hands on experience on data mining and analysing large datasets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable to work with large team with matrix environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill required
- A positive approach, drive and desire to help develop Collection Strategies to drive/maintain low Net Bad Debt
- Fresh graduates with analytical platform qualifications such as SAS, SQL, Enterprise Guide and Enterprise Miner are welcomed to apply.
