Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a real impact through your work? We are looking for a **Sales Executive**to join our team and help expand our recycling solutions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping businesses and industries adopt responsible waste management practices while driving business growth.

What You’ll Do:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **commercial and industrial recycling**sectors.
- Promote our full range of recycling services (e.g., paper, plastic, metal, e-waste, industrial waste, etc.).
- Meet and build strong relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and sustainability officers.
- Conduct site visits to assess client recycling needs and provide **customized, eco-friendly solutions**.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow through until closure.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and stay updated on **sustainability regulations and opportunities**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in recycling, waste management, or environmental services.
- Passionate about **sustainability, circular economy**, and environmentally conscious solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Own transport preferred; role involves regular client visits.
