Singapore PROMPT CONSORTIUM PTE. LTD. Full time

(1) Perform civil and structural engineering design/AutoCAD works.

(2) Coronet submission to relevant Authorities.

(2) To calculate manual or computer-aided calculations to comply with Eurocode and comply with industry standards in Singapore.

(3) Studying existing structural plans, soil investigation reports, as-built survey plans, etc. to aid in the calculations and in determining the appropriate structural design in line with the Eurocode.

(4) Carrying out site/building inspections on the approved structural design/drawings and assisting in the revision of the structural design if there are changes due to site constraints.

(5) Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other parties to discuss the construction methods and materials required for the proposed works.

(6) Reviewing of architectural drawings to prepare for the structural drawings of the proposed works for submission to local authorities and to obtain approval prior to commencement of works on site.

(7) Conduct visual and periodical inspection on site. Writing of Report.

(8) Able to work independently.
