**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic & resourceful nurse who is able to work independently and as part of a team. This is an opportunity to develop your career as an Independent, team-based Nurse. Your work will include the daily clinical work, crafting of care plans and clinical work processes, administrative tasks, and education of patients and other healthcare professionals. You will be in charge of providing patient care and case management, and be part of a high-performance team of clinicians.

State Registered Nurse
Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Minimum 5 years of working experience in ward setting
Preferably with an Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopaedics) or other related specialty nursing
Flexible with the ability to function both independently and as part of a team.
Requires initiative, judgment and dependability in completing work assignments.
Displays well-developed organisational skills, priority setting and problem-solving techniques.

Involve in preoperative, perioperative and postoperative care of all Spine surgeries.
Assist Spine Surgeons in training of nurses, development and implementation of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS) protocols.
Involve in monitoring and analysis of patient's clinical outcomes.
Provides pre and post-operative spine education, pain assessment and education, would care and advice.
Assist in follow-up and care of patients postoperatively in the community from hospital to home.
