Strategy and Planning
- Spearheads efforts to review the operational model to ensure optimization in manpower and cost in SG GO and iCIMB SG Support whilst achieving optimization KPIs and cost-saving targets.
- Ideate with a strategic perspective including the ability to identify risks and merits to the firm and proposed inputs to the strategy with own discipline direct experience.
- Execute agreed strategies and business plans to develop SG GO and iCIMB SG Support.
- Strategic iCIMB Project management, e.g. iCIMB Transformation, iCIMB Productivity Enhancement ensuring success in the long term management of a critical service provider for SG Operations.

Operational Excellence
- Manage day-to-day service delivery from iCIMB SG Support.
- In-depth knowledge of operations to be able to solution and resolve operational issues to ensure no operational gaps.
- Good understanding of the commercial environment and market, keeping abreast of local and regional market landscape and latest developments to capitalise on opportunities and emerging trends to introduce best practices to the organization.
- Conduct due diligence, taking proactive measures to address or mitigate competitive, regulatory or issues which may affect the Singapore franchise.
- Strive for and achieve operational excellence across SG GO and iCIMB SG Support.

Risk & Compliance Management
- Executes Risk Culture and Awareness across GO SG and iCIMB SG Support.
- Implementation of Risk Management, Compliance policies amongst the teams.
- Identify key issues and recommend how to resolve them.
- Manage Audit exercise across the various operation functions.
- Operation Event Investigation and Management.

MIS & Budget Management
- Business and manpower planning.
- MIS Reporting preparation for SG GO.
- Overall budget planning and management for SG GO.

Project Management
- Manage iCIMB related Projects.
- Manage ad hoc projects on Process Improvements ensuring seamless operational transitions between SG GO and iCIMB SG Support.

People Management
- Astute communication skills with the ability to negotiate internally and externally and often at senior/higher levels.
- Actively engage and provide guidance to subordinates and broader teams as part of supervisory responsibility.
- Mentor team members to ensure sucession planning.
