IT Engineer

Provide post-sales installation and technical support to customers, ensuring successful implementation and optimal performance of network and security infrastructure.
- Provide support to maintenance team ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
- Assist in the planning, design, research, and installation of new or upgraded network components, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of network installations to ensure quality assurance and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least an ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT or network engineering principles and practices.
- Certification in CCNA / MCSE and experience in virtualization will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows System and Application deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
