**Job Description**:
**Main Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and planning support to ensure smooth operations for School of Young Talents (SYT). This includes the formal correspondence, meetings, reports, day-to-day operations, resource planning, etc
- Support and work closely with Head of Departments and teaching faculty to ensure smooth operation of classes such as timetabling, booking of facilities, preparation of teaching materials, etc
- Administer, monitor and the tracking of budget and expenditures for the school
- Manage and coordinate the information on SYT’s website, SYT’s publicity (published/social media) which includes marketing materials of courses, enrolment and events, etc
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by Heads and Principal

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative environment
- A resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills, hands-on, outgoing, independent and possess good initiative
- Able to work on weekends
