Monitoring Specialist

Work Location: To be confirmed (during interview)

Salary Range : $2,000-$2,500

Work Shifting Schedule

1. 9am-6pm

2. 44 hours per week

3. Mon-Sun (including public holidays)

**Job Description**:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform monitoring activities using tools provided as well as reviews of transactions flagged out

2. Ensure that all tasks are completed/submitted in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures within

the agreed timelines/SLA.

3. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with client

4. Handle ad hoc duties as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience working in an administrative role

3. Fast learner and good team player

4. Demonstrates good communication skills and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
