You will be part of the InfoComm Technology Department under the Strategic Planning and Transformation Office.

**What you will be working on**:
**Administrative Matters**
- Assist with scheduling meetings, security clearance and escorting attendees, etc.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings.

**Surveys and Polls**
- Track various Polls and Surveys.
- Collate responses from parties’ concern, track submission timelines and assist with submissions.

**Finance and Procurement Support**
- Support officers to conduct procurement for straightforward purchases.
- Track invoice payment.

**Accounts Administration**
- Administrator of various systems, such as CorpPass accounts.

**Asset Management**
- Support Fixed Assets Officer to maintain the list of IT assets in BCA.

**What we are looking for**:

- Good knowledge of administrative and support work.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and simple IT skills.
- Has a strong desire to excel, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, written, verbal and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
