**Trinax** is a leading creative technology agency in Singapore that specialises in experiential creations built on interactive technologies and an omni-channel framework that enables brands and organisations to conduct meaningful, impactful and seamless engagements with their audience.

We are in search of a **Associate / Creative Director** that has deep knowledge and experience in **digital and technology** to provide strong creative leadership, ensure the delivery of high calibre creative and experiential solutions that are technology-driven, drive results and win new businesses with superior creative.

There must be an on-going drive to understand emerging techniques, digital design trends and philosophies in marketing, technology, interaction and social media. You will be responsible for establishing and enforcing a creative vision and beliefs for the company so that we are able to make continuous breakthroughs in experiential and interactive creations using superior technology and flair.

You will work closely with a team of talented technologists, designers and animators so as to collaborate effectively with the marketing and sales teams to engage the market creatively and produce expertly crafted proposals. Be a storyteller that is able to translate creative to different types of interactive experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Strong drive to deliver world class and award-winning experiences
- Strong aesthetic sense, intuitive and informed in understanding of what makes a truly great experience that is digitally and technologically driven
- Responsible for coming up with unique experiences and concepts that are digitally and technologically driven and ingenuity in finding solutions to complex client needs
- Expertise to lead the visual ideation process for the business by ensuring the delivery of superior design solutions that are focused on delivering measurable client results
- Responsible for contributing effectively to the Marketing Team and Sales Team
- Experience with large brands is preferred
- Proven mentoring and team-building skills
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills, team-building skills, as well as creative and artistic presentation skills
- A diverse portfolio reflecting 6+ years of experience in creative leadership, design, digital and importantly, experiential
- Competent and experienced in UX and UI so as to provide creative and practical guidance to the designers to create exceptional experiences digitally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
