**Your Focus**
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of strategic projects for specific customer accounts for reactive and proactive sales of Fine Fragrances. You will develop the APAC Marketing community according to the business growth.

Besides the management context, this role creatively integrates market data and analysis, including macro/micro and emerging lifestyle trends, consumer insights, product, brand and competitive intelligence to deliver best in class services to our customers.

This role offers the opportunity to experience a fast-paced industry and a chance to create work for both new and established fragrance brands. Based in Singapore, you will be part of a Global Marketing team, reporting directly to the Europe based Global Marketing Manager, with dotted line report to the Asia based Commercial Director.

**How you will contribute**
- Identifying and leverage key social, product, brand and olfactive trends to help build marketing rationale and concepts.
- Co-create with development and sales team influential noteworthy storytelling.
- Support sales team during customers meetings.
- Analyzing and presenting sales data to support creative marketing presentations.
- Understanding and utilizing IFF corporate capabilities to differentiate IFF from competitors.

**Job Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fragrance, Chemistry or relevant discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 7 years of Fragrances industry experience preferably Fine Fragrance. Strong creativity and passion in Fragrance products.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate or engage at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively with global, regional and local teams in a multicultural and fast changing environment.
- Great business acumen, capability to translate opportunities into solid business projects.
- Demonstrate expertise in project management, ability to influence, brand understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive understanding and strong ability to analyze data, create insights and recommend actions based on findings.
- Ability to see the “bigger picture” and translate vision and strategy into understandable goals, priorities and challenges.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong prioritization, planning, attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
- High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% or more.
