**Scope**
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Develop cost estimates for air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and other related MEP systems, considering project specifications, prevailing market rates, and labor costs.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and review contract documents, tender documents, and bills of quantities for ACMV projects in accordance with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines and Singapore's regulatory framework.
- Procurement Management: Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants for the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and quality control.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and monitor project schedules for MEP works, including ACMV systems, ensuring project milestones are met while minimizing disruptions to other construction activities.
- Value Engineering: Analyze and propose cost-effective alternatives to improve the efficiency and performance of ACMV systems without compromising quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in ACMV projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize cost overruns, project delays, and other unforeseen issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all ACMV-related works adhere to relevant Singapore regulations, such as the Energy Conservation Act, the Environmental Protection and Management Act, and BCA's Green Mark scheme.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress of ACMV works on site, conduct regular inspections, and prepare progress reports for submission to clients and other stakeholders.
- Claims Management: Evaluate and manage variation orders, contract claims, and disputes related to ACMV works, ensuring fair and reasonable resolution in accordance with contractual terms and Singapore's legal framework.
- Continuous Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, advancements in ACMV technologies, and changes in Singapore's regulatory landscape to provide effective and informed quantity surveying services.

**Requirements**:

- Degree for Quantity Surveying or equivalent / Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services
- Knowledge in modern modelling take off software is an added advantage
- Strong literacy in English and willing to learn in a changing industry.
- Fresh graduates welcomed to apply
