**Main responsibilities & accountabilities:
1. Overseeing and coordinating the electrical activities

2. Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects from start to finish.

3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scopes, develop schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

4. Collaborate with other departments, project managers, and contractors to define project scopes, develop schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

5. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

6. Provide guidance and technical expertise to ensure work is performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.

7. Implement quality control measures to ensure the installations adhere to specified standards, drawings, and specifications.

8. Conduct inspections, and evaluations of the installation to identify any defects, and take appropriate corrective measures to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

9. Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure the timely availability of materials, and equipment required for projects

10. Oversee the storage, handling, and utilization of materials and tools, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

11. Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

12. Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards, implement safety measures, and mitigate risks associated with piping operations.

13. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical activities, including work orders, material requisitions, inspection reports, and test records. Prepare and submit regular progress reports, budget updates, and other required documentation to supervisors or management.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in semicon industry

Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical, project management, and other industry-specific qualifications are a plus.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and local codes/regulations.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and deliver results under pressure.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, engineers, and workers.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
