Notes:

- Only available for persons already qualified to work in Singapore.

**Job Description**:

- Monitoring of the company's servers and network infrastructure.
- Responding to any detected alerts and issues and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Liaising with 2nd level support to investigate and resolve technical issues.

Required skill-sets:

- Basic knowledge on server hardware and operating system (Linux and Windows). - Basic knowledge on network protocols such as TCP/IP
- Knowledge on KVM (monitor, keyboard, mouse) to connect to server in the data centre.

Good-to-have skill-sets:

- At least 1 (one) year of prior experience as a data center or NOC engineer.
- Linux and Windows system administration skills will be an advantage.

Other requirements:

- On 24×7 phone standby (in shift)
- Shift deployment, including weekends
- Must be physically located in Singapore, this is not a remote position.
- Must hold existing documentation to work in Singapore, as none will be applied for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $7,261.07 per month
