**Roles & Responsibilities**
In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling employees, hiring and training new staff, supervising lifeguards, and inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure the safety of our patrons. During busy hours, you will also walk around the pool areas to enforce pool rules and policies.
**Responsibilities**:
Individual to be involved in:
1.Enforcing policies and procedures, which ensure efficient and effective operation of pool facilities including personnel management and training.
2. Involve all swimming pool operations, including first aid, rotations, scheduling for staff, public relations, janitorial duties, limited pool maintenance including daily chemical analysis/testing, pool cleaning, cleaning of bathrooms & concession stand area, swim lessons,
water aerobics and all other duties as necessary or required
3. Excellent organizational, communication, and public relation skills
Skills & Compentencies
1.Require good communication and interpersonal skills to manage swimming pool employees and customers.
2.They must be familiar with lifeguard and coaching standards so that they can develop the skills of their team.
3.They must be good organizers with the ability to prepare timetables that make the best use of the facilities and meet demand from different types of users.
