**Job Description**:
The Tea Lady is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the premium high condominium. This role requires a hardworking and reliable individual who can work on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm and on weekends from 9 am to 1 pm. The Tea Lady plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for residents and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve beverages, including tea, coffee, and other refreshments, to residents and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in designated areas, including the common areas, reception areas, and other high-traffic areas.
- Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and other surfaces regularly.
- Ensure the pantry and kitchen area are kept clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain inventory of pantry and cleaning supplies, and placed orders when necessary.
- Monitor and replenish tea and coffee supplies, ensuring they are readily available for residents and guests.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up after events or gatherings, ensuring that the venue is clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle resident inquiries and requests in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Cooperate with other staff members and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant departments.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in other tasks or duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents and guests.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet assigned schedules.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Demonstrated reliability and a track record of mínimal absences or medical leaves.
