Contribute to business planning at the management level to develop a sales and marketing strategy that is consistent with the company's overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
- Oversee, monitor record and evaluate the business performance of the company against standards and targets in areas such as administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, profits and cashflow.
- Direct the preparation and monitoring of budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in various aspects of the company, including administration, operations, sales & marketing and development.
- Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team of senior management with responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Ensure adequate and consistent collection, storage and analysis of high quality production and operational data to improve operations.
- Liaise with other senior executives across the organisation to ensure that sales and marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives.
- Monitor and analyse market and customer trends and needs locally, regionally and globally.
- Ensure continual training and development of the company
**Requirements**:
- Degree/ Master in Engineering / Science / Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' working experience in the senior management role.
- Experience from both local and international companies having had operational responsibility.
- Experience from both local and international companies having had sales and marketing responsibilities.
- Worked in companies undergoing rapid growth and/or significant change programmes.
- Experience working in the agri-tech/agriculture industry/F&B Industry operation will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge and understanding of business law.
- Excellent, confident communicator, facilitation and presentations skills.
Pay: $7,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month
