**Job Description**:

- Responsible for the financial operations within the ASEAN & Oceania Region.
- Lead and direct the development and execution of the Region’s financial strategy and plans in alignment with the Organization’s objectives and regional business goals.
- Oversee the financial & accounting systems, controls, standards, and related matters, ensuring compliance with the relevant financial regulations and corporate standards.
- Provide strategic and actionable insights and work closely with the Regional CEO and other key executives to drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency, while maintaining strong financial discipline across all business operations in the Region.
- In charge of Corporate Strategy, including the Legal & Compliance function to safeguard the Organization's legal standing and reputation while driving compliance and risk management across the business, as well as the Corporate Governance function to ensure the Organization operates with transparency, accountability, and integrity, and maintaining robust governance structures, within the ASEAN & Oceania Region.

Job Requirements
- At least 15-20 years of experience in finance, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles, including experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations/processes across a large, geographically diverse region, and in driving organizational improvements.
- Experience working in a Multinational Organization, with a deep understanding of regional financial, regulatory, and tax requirements.
- Strong Leadership skills and Strategic & Business Acumen.
- Strong technical financial and analytical expertise, as well as excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the Organization.
- Proficient in Japanese Language to liaise with Japanese Management and Japan Head Office.
