**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Excellence**:Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by promoting our luxury skincare products and delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Product Knowledge**:Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line and stay updated on new product launches, skincare trends, and the latest beauty innovations.
- **Customer Engagement**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- **Brand Ambassador**:Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the luxury and exclusivity of our products.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that product displays are aligned with brand standards and marketing campaigns.
- **Customer Service**:Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and manage any issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-end skincare brands.
- **Passion for Skincare**:A genuine passion for skincare and beauty, with a keen interest in helping customers achieve their skincare goals.
- **Sales Skills**:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong upselling and cross-selling abilities.

- **Professional Appearance**:Presentable and well-groomed, reflecting the luxury and sophistication of our brand.
