**Responsibilities**:

- To write and modify turning/milling CNC programs and create setup sheet using Mastercam.
- To troubleshoot and assist machinist for CNC programming issues.
- To analyze, review, and recommend improvement to existing programs to increase machining efficiency and adapt to changing requirements.
- To select and recommend tools purchases and/or new equipment to support product manufacturing.
- To lead with machining defect investigation, root cause analysis and implement correct actions for manufacturing quality issues.
- To assess and provide feedback on product design and manufacturability related issues.
- To design fixture and tools for machining and sub-assembly products.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience on using Mastercam (Milling).
- Preferably with minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry performing programming work (Familiar with oil and gas product).

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- CNC programming: 1 year (preferred)
- Mastercam: 1 year (preferred)
- CNC Milling: 1 year (preferred)

- Oil and Gas: 1 year (preferred)
