**WHO IS FITNUT LOFT**

While predominantly a pilates studio, FitNut Loft includes strength training, nutrition coaching and other modalities in order to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Our first studio is based in Pandan Valley and we have recently opened our second studio in the River Valley area.

FitNut Loft helps women as they age - so that they can:

We are looking for the right person with the right attitude to join the River Valley Studio.

**Personal Trainer Mission**:
To provide a world-class training experience that delivers measurable results to clients, cultivating a strong sense of family, and create raving fans of FitNut Loft.

**Position Requirements**:
A certified Pilates instructor with less than 2 years experience, ideally with reformer certification.

Interested in using traditional strength training to coach clients in order to achieve their desired results.

**Bonus Requirements**:
1 Personal Trainer certification

2 Full pilates certification in mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels

3 Precision Nutrition Certification

You will start as a Junior Pilates Instructor Coach and make your way up through experience and skills development.

**You will receive the following Training**:
You will undergo 4 weeks of shadowing and training with the Head Coach.

You will learn the fundamentals of our signature “Strong & Lean” class which includes weight training.

You will learn our assessment and onboarding procedure so you may work with private clients.

**Required Outcomes (KPIs)**:
Retention - Actively make our clients raving fans so they do not leave us.

Referrals - Generate at least 1 client referral a month

Testimonials - Generate at least 1 client testimonial a month

Client Assessments - Assess client's progress every month using our assessment tools

Social Media - You will be active in our page, liking and sharing to grow our SEO. You will take a minimum of 1 photo and/or video per week for us to share on social media.

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:
**Starting salary**

You will start as a part time employee with a 3 month probation. Your hourly starting rate will be $30-$35/ hour (depending on your qualifications and experience).

**Working hours**

Flexi / shift based hours, it could be between 12-20 hours per week. We also expect that you would be a team player and be able to help out fellow trainers by covering their classes - because guess what
- they'll cover yours back.

**Mentoring & Development**

Upon joining you will have a mentor who will help you develop your coaching skills, programming and your go-to for information. You will be mentored in the FitNut Loft method of training clients.

**Your Training**

You will receive training in:

- Our signature Strong & Lean Programme
- Our onboarding and assessment procedures

In house training (pilates, jungle/Trx)

**Performance Reviews**

You will have weekly Performance Development Calls with the CEO/Head Coach.
