**Job description**

We are looking for an experienced SEO manager. The role will be to build the SEO team from the ground up, establishing best practices, educating stakeholders and coordinating ongoing visibility efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization. This is a role suitable for someone with an ambition to make their mark in the search world, with a vision of how to build a massive organic brand and to deploy a sizable budget to achieve clear end results.

SEO Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Using the current assets as a starting point, to build a localized SEO strategy for 5+ major markets around the world
- Guide local content teams to follow best SEO practices for their markets bespoke content
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams for their specific markets
- Review and fix on page, technical and off-site SEO
- Launch and manage several PBN’s, including acquisition of all assets through internal and external providers
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
- Keep abreast of SEO movements, including algorithm changes, and to push the limits but to be risk-averse to penalties.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as SEO Manager, Head of Search or similar role.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience with proven record of driving first page Google rankings
- In-depth knowledge of all SEO tactics, including, grey, white and black hat.
- Experience in Fintech industry is a huge plus
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices, with a clear experience in working with front end developers, content teams and commercial managers.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g.Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
