**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- Support the marketing team with project organisation.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
- Employ online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
- Update databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists, etc.
- Prepare promotional presentations and organising promotional events.
- Collection and delivery of POSB.
- Compose and post online content for the Company’s social media page and website.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Pre-requisites**
- Diploma in mass communication or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work after regular office hours as and when required.
