Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Description**:

- Effective supervision and coordination of day-to-day clinic operations
- Support Dentist’s daily request on operational matters
- Provide mentorship, training and guidance to clinic staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives and guidelines
- Ensure proper inventory and stock of medication and tools
- Manage and evaluate clinic KPIs
- Ensure good service quality and customer satisfaction throughout
- Maintenance of proper filing and documentation for medical claims and reviews
- Resolve any issues and manage patients’ queries
- Undertake staff (clinic assistant, and counter receptionist) duties during periods of inadequate manpower
- Overseeing petty cash management
- Support in other general administration or coordination as required
- Quarterly stock-taking of medications and consumables

Requirement:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in dental industry
- Must have experience managing people and operations at the clinic -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive working attitude
