Requisition ID: 72731- Responsible for Final Inspection (FI) process - RF/DC testing of wafer-
- Responsible for maintaining FI performance and to improve process quality, yield, and reliability-
- Responsible for creating or maintaining current Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)-
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and yield loss-
- Establish work procedures, corrective actions, and preventions-
- Analyse low yield or testing issue and feedback to relevant process-
- Provide support to improve operations team and technician skillset-
- Provide support to operations team and technician during non-office hours to resolve any testing related issue- Job Requirements-
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or any other engineering discipline-
- Preferably 3 years of experience in testing in semiconductor manufacturing-
- Experience in working on wafer level e-Test will be an added advantage-
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills-
- Possess a positive attitude and sense of urgency-
- Meticulous, keen attention to details and organized-
- Proficient in computing languages and statistical analysis tools (e.g. JMP) Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
