**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. EMS Portal Monitoring and Reporting**
- Monitor and review data from the Environmental Management System (EMS) portal on a regular basis.
- Identify and flag any irregularities, performance anomalies, or deviations from set parameters.
- Assist in generating regular reports with data analytics, charts, and visual summaries to support management reviews.
- Work with relevant teams to investigate and follow up on anomalies.

**2. Solar Panel System Support**
- Monitor solar energy generation and usage trends through the relevant platform or portal.
- Assist with coordinating maintenance or service requests as needed.
- Consolidate data on energy performance and cost savings for internal tracking.

**3. Support for New Sustainability Initiatives**
- Research and support the evaluation of new green technologies (e.g., BESS, green roofs, rainwater harvesting).
- Assist in basic feasibility assessments and proposal write-ups.
- Contribute to tracking of sustainability KPIs.

**4. Sustainability Engagement and Communication**
- Help prepare sustainability materials for staff awareness and training.
- Support in organizing green campaigns, internal events, or site walk-downs.
- Maintain internal sustainability documentation and reporting logs.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Basic knowledge of EMS or building energy systems.
- Comfortable with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, curious, and passionate about sustainability and innovation.
