**Position Purpose**

Associate role within the ENRIT Industry Group based in Singapore. The associate will support the team origination and execution activity in order to deliver the pipeline and budget with a focus on the following sub sectors: Power and renewables, Oil and Gas and Metals and Mining
The position corresponds to a replacement for an Analyst 2 that have resigned and upgrade in terms of execution capabilities for the team (considering its top heavy structure), considering the number of mandates in the pipeline in South East Asia.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support in the origination and execution of ENRIT Advisory & Capital Markets work which include capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and generally advisory transactions
- Assist the team in marketing and preparation of presentation materials for clients/prospects
- Development of various types of financial models for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Preparation of presentation materials for clients and marketing purposes
- Execution of transactions under supervision of VP/Director

- Past experience of working on transactions in the Energy and Natural Resource sector(s) specifically Oil and Gas, Metals and Mining and Power will be beneficial, ideally as part of a sector team
- Proficiency in speaking and written English
- Proficiency in Mandarin or another South East Asian language will be an advantage

Other/Specific Qualifications (if required)- 3 to 4 years of Corporate Finance (M&A and ECM) experience at reputable international investment banks
- Master Degree or equivalent is preferable
