**PURPOSE**:
FUJIFILM Business Innovation - Regional Procurement is to enforce procurement governance and improve profitability of FUJIFILM APAC entity. This role is responsible to implement regional procurement strategy and ensuring procurement compliance in the APAC region.
Target Items: Indirect Procurement - Travel, Facilities, Logistic, IT and office supply products;
3rd Party Procurement - laptop, server, hardware, software & office related product

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:

- Setup and implement regional procurement policy, process and practice that achieve the goal of the company
- Manage and audit Regional OpCo Compliance on procurement activities
- Support Regional OpCo on usage of Ariba system
- Achieve Regional Cost Saving Target setup by management
- Achieve Cost Saving Target for FBAP, FBSG, FFAP setup by management
- Initiate and lead cost saving project with internal department and stakeholder
- Manage RFP/RFQ and negotiate with supplier to achieve requirement by the company
- Work with Legal to drafts, reviews, negotiates, and maintains contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services
- Monitor, support and manage APAC regional procurement activities, including
- Sourcing and category management
- Spend analysis and cost saving
- Develop preferred supplies locally and regionally
- Supplier Performance Management
- Contract, terms and condition negotiation
- Establish regional sourcing scheme to expand 3rd party business (non-FUJIFILM products) driven by regional business planning team.
- Consolidating existing local sourcing suppliers
- Negotiate regional sourcing business scheme
- Propose any improvement plans to management
- Perform other related duties and assignment as required by adapting to competing demand, organizational changes and new responsibilities

**To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences**:

- Degree, preferably Business or Supply Chain Management
- 3 to 5 years experiences in procurement role in the APAC region.
- Indirect Procurement experience related to facilities, travel, IT product & logistic
- Procurement of Facilities, HR, Supply Chain ,IT or office related product
- Experience with procurement agreement and contract
- Experience in tender, bidding and negotiation
- Experience in spend analysis and category management
- Supplier Relationship management
- Experience in Procurement system - E.g. Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua etc
- Supplier evaluation criteria creation skills, Market Analysis skills
- Strong knowledge of regional procurement activities and industry trend
- Sharp business acumen
- Sets clear process / approach for delivering KPIs
- Persuasive / logical & analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal at all levels and ability to work in multicultural workplace
- Ability to work independently and strive to deliver result under tight deadline
- Ability to understand and rationalize business requirements
- Written and verbal communication (Mandarin is a plus)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staffs and management team
- Experience in managing stakeholder expectation with good influencing & negotiating skills
- Ability to work in multi cultures and regional
