**YOUR FIELD OF RESPONSIBILITY**

Korn Ferry is seeking an Associate Principal to join the Leadership Development Solution Area of its Advisory Practice. We are seeking someone who is passionate about developing leaders, has a strong front-of-room presence and enjoys connecting with people.

As a delivery-focused principal, you will be developing leaders from a myriad of industries, regions, and cultures. Your primary focus is to manage and deliver work at the highest level of quality. Your experience with facilitation and Leadership Development enables success in leading and structuring complex engagements.

With clients, you create trusted, collaborative relationships by managing needs, expectations, and the environment. Contributions to new business development focus on structuring the solution, pricing, and establishing oneself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Leadership Development with internal colleagues and external clients.

A typical breakdown of focus areas is provided below:

- Leadership Development Delivery_
- Deliver leadership development programs for Korn Ferry clients. This may include facilitation, coaching, and/or instructional design depending on your area of expertise and career development.
- Our program designs may include large and small group facilitation, virtual instructor-led sessions, assessment debrief and individual coaching sessions. Seamlessly partner with Korn Ferry co-facilitators and integrate internal client speakers and outside experts.
- Design leadership development programs and develop materials - including conducting interviews and diagnosis, identifying program objectives, developing learning architecture, and instructional design (workbooks, slides, facilitator guides, ppt’s).
- Client Engagement Management_
- Develop and/or support engagement structure, plan, resource needs and definition of deliverables and outcomes.
- Build productive relationships with engagement and client team members setting clear expectations, direction and asking for feedback when appropriate
- Grow and manage knowledge of engagement economics to ensure accurate scope, margin and profitability of work

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**

Relevant advanced degree (e.g., Graduate in HR, Management, Organisation Psychology, Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education) preferred
- Relevant work experience in a top tier professional services firm and/or an internal function
- Understand the leadership and organizational issues faced by business leaders, with ability to engage as a peer, act as a trusted advisor and place proposed services in their business situation or context
