**Title**

Regulatory Compliance Officer, AVP/VP

**Description**

Our client is a financial services provider under a global industrial group, looking for a "Regulatory Compliance Officer" to support both compliance and legal functions in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:
Working Location: Central Singapore

Reporting Line: General Manager
- Legal Compliance: Collaborate with the legal department to ensure the company's adherence to local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage the formalities required to comply with various regulatory bodies, ensuring all necessary documentation and reports are submitted promptly.
- Banking Documentation and KYC: Work closely with our legal team to facilitate the completion of required documentation from our partners, maintaining strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests.

**Requirements**:

- Min 5 years' relevant work experience in regulatory compliance, legal compliance or similar fields. Preferably in the banking or financial services environment.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
