Job Description
- 1. Take necessary precautions to ensure the work site is safe for testing/ commissioning. Valid PTW system is in place and affected area is barricaded.- 2. Ensure all sections work towards the targeted commissioning schedule.- 3. Familiar with the testing procedures, applicable rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.- 4. Decide in consultation with the Commissioning Engineers on the manpower requirements.- 5. Arrange for facilities and tools/ instruments for the job. (Meters, test kit, temporary preparations, etc.)- 6. Perform testing/ commissioning and ensure proper documentation is approved and signed. MC, PC ITRs to be completed on all tested equipment/ instrument.- 7. Provide supervision and deploy manpower to perform the operational tasks.- 8. Be familiar with test memos and manuals.- 9. Ensure incoming instrument/ equipment meet the purchase specifications.- 10.Coordinate for any required joint inspections.- 11.Arrange for protection and maintenance of instrument/ equipment and system.- 12.Assign the systems to be tested to the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation.- 13.Review the commissioning work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.- 14.Coordinate with all sections for testing requirements.- 15.Liaise with owners, class surveyors and government bodies pertaining to project requirements.- 16.Schedule Service Engineers’ requirements and inform them of the test dates as well as to take charge and monitor their works until completion.- 17.Coordinate the testing/ commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, QA Department and vendors.- 18.Manage the career development and training of personnel.- 19.Plan and schedule the testing and commissioning requirements on project basis.- 20.Plan and organize all logistics requirement for major operations.- 21.Ensure timely completion of project.- 22.Ensure all commissioning test procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.- 23.Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/ Diploma in instrumentation, or its equivalent.
- At least 10 years of related work experience. Possess working experience related to testing and calibration of FPSO/ FLNG instrument. DCS/ ICSS system and Networking knowledge are necessary.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and Able to work in A fast-paced environment
