Sped Teacher

**SPED TEACHER**

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field; teaching certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of prior experience as a SPED Teacher / Teaching with Special needs or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, organization, and knowledge of special education regulations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

**JOB DETAILS**:

- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and communicate effectively with parents.
- Participate in professional development to enhance instructional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
- Maintain a structured, organized work environment aligned with 5S standards.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
