- As an insurance specialist, you will work closely with the bank's Relationship Managers to provide protection plans and product advisory to clients. This collaboration will ensure that clients receive a comprehensive range of financial solutions that meet their individual needs.
- You will also be responsible for conducting product and insurance proposition training for Relationship Managers to equip them with basic product knowledge. This will help to ensure that Relationship Managers are well-informed about the products and services offered by the bank and can provide accurate information to clients.
- As an insurance specialist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis for clients. This analysis will help you to understand the individual needs of clients, and tailor a personalized set of products that meet their specific needs.
- You will provide product advisory to clients, helping them to choose the most suitable products to meet their financial goals. This advisory will be based on the in-depth financial analysis you conducted for each client.
- You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients and provide them with a positive banking experience.
- As an insurance specialist, you will be expected to comply with all regulations and controls set by the bank and external regulatory authorities. This compliance is crucial in maintaining the bank's reputation and credibility and ensuring that clients are protected.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Strong customer focus and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business, is preferred.
