**Position: Automation Engineer (Policy Automation | CICD | Git | Python)**

**Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 830am to 6pm**

**Working Location: Pasir Panjang**

**Salary package: Up to 11.5K Basic**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives that can be addressed through AI and machine learning.
- Translate business IT requirements into technical specifications and engage with developers to ensure usability and user interface needs are met when designing systems.
- Drive customer projects and coordinate with internal teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide end-to-end project management and monitor progress, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Participate in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, and Implementation.
- Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands. Evaluate the feasibility of AI solutions considering technical, financial, and resource constraints.
- Build rapport with clients and ensure accurate project delivery according to requirements.
- Identify areas for business operational improvement and propose action plans. Continuously improve monitoring processes, detect issues, and enhance customer value. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize AI projects based on their potential impact, ROI, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements, translating them into AI project specifications, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization. Establish and monitor team members' KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in GitLab for policy automation and repository management.
- Strong understanding of security principles and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in OSCAL, JSON, MDL, XML, ASP.Net, HTML.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Data analytics skills in Tableau and advanced MS Excel.
